Komilfo Base can be applied using both the classic application method and the drop method (nail strengthening and nail plate leveling technique).
Komilfo Correcting Base also allows you to extend broken nail corners or extend the nail up to 1 mm. The base can also be filed like gel to achieve the desired nail shape.

Application Technology of KOMILFO Gel Base Coat
1. Perform standard nail preparation: remove the previous coating, remove the cuticle, buff the surface, and shape the nails as desired. After that, it is recommended to cleanse the nail plate with a disinfecting and degreasing solution. If necessary, apply Ultrabond, a special acid-free product that improves adhesion between subsequent coatings and the natural nail;
2. Apply Komilfo Gel Base Coat for gel polish. The base helps level the nail plate and create the perfect nail shape before applying colored gel polish. Cure in a UV lamp;
3. Apply 2 coats of Komilfo colored gel polish. Do not forget to seal each layer, including the base and top coat. Curing time for colored gel polish: 2 minutes in a UV lamp or 30 seconds in an LED lamp;
4. Apply Komilfo Top Coat for gel polish in a thin layer and cure in an LED lamp for 90 seconds. In a UV lamp, cure for the maximum time indicated on the timer;
5. Finish the procedure by applying cuticle oil.
