How to Use JOIA VEGAN Cat Eye Gel Polish 02C Rose Quartz Dust

1. Prepare the nail plate, apply a base coat, and cure;
2. Apply the first thin layer of JOIA VEGAN Cat Eye Gel Polish 02C Rose Quartz Dust and cure for 30–60 seconds. If desired, use a magnet to create the cat eye highlight effect or leave the original shimmer effect;
3. Apply a second layer for deeper color intensity and cure in an LED lamp for 60 seconds;
4. Apply a top coat of your choice: Aqua Gloss Top, UV Stop Top, or Soft Touch Top JOIA VEGAN;
5. Cure in a UV lamp for 2 minutes or in an LED/UV-LED lamp for 60 seconds;
6. Remove the sticky layer after curing if necessary. If using a no-wipe top coat, this step may be skipped.
