Application of DARK Smart Builder Gel 13

1. Perform a manicure, buff the nail surface, and thoroughly degrease the nail plate.
2. Apply Dehydrator followed by Ultrabond.
3. Apply a thin rubbing layer of transparent DARK Scotch Base and cure for 60 seconds.
4. Apply DARK Smart Builder Gel 13, building the desired architecture or extension.
5. Cure for 60 to 120 seconds in an original LED lamp, depending on the thickness and pigmentation of the material.
6. If necessary, perform filing and refine the shape.
7. Apply a top coat and cure for 120 seconds.

Professional Tips

• Cure at reduced lamp power if the client experiences heat spikes.
• Pinch the gel approximately 12 to 15 seconds after curing begins for optimal arch formation.
• Avoid placing excess material directly under the cuticle, creating a smooth transition instead.
• When strengthening natural nails, file at least 1 mm of the natural free edge from underneath to minimize lifting.
• If using a base coat from another brand, it is recommended to remove its sticky layer before applying the gel.
• In cold environments, warm a small amount of gel on a palette before use to improve workability.
• Stir glitter shades before application to ensure even pigment distribution.
