Unlike traditional builder gels, SMART Builder Gel leaves virtually no tacky inhibition layer after curing, simplifying the application process. When used with DARK Scotch Base, there is no need to remove the sticky layer before applying the gel or the top coat, helping reduce working time and minimizing the risk of lifting.

The gel is strong yet flexible enough to withstand everyday wear without becoming brittle. It performs well on both short and long nails, maintains a stable nail architecture, and pinches effectively for creating a well-defined C-curve. As a high-temperature gel, it is recommended to cure at reduced lamp power or briefly remove the hand from the lamp if heat sensitivity occurs.

How to Use DARK Smart Builder Gel 01

1. Perform standard nail preparation by completing the manicure.
2. Lightly buff the nail plate and remove dust.
3. Apply Dehydrator followed by Ultrabond.
4. Apply a thin rubbing layer of DARK Scotch Base and cure for 60 seconds.
5. Apply DARK Smart Builder Gel to strengthen or extend the nail.
6. Cure in a 48 W LED lamp for 60–90 seconds, depending on the thickness and pigmentation of the material.
7. File the nail if necessary.
8. Apply the desired top coat and cure for 90 seconds.
