• We guarantee that we sell original and 100% genuine production only. By your ask we can show you certification of production;
• Pictures of products on the site can differ from real appearance so we advise to see real photos of gels in Facebook or Instagram
• We don't make any changes in orders. It means that before making payment you need CAREFULLY check what you order ( products and their quantity );
• We don't accept returns;
• We don't make refund if customs stops your package;
• Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges and all problems with customs are the customer's responsibility;
  
• We accept complaints about quality of goods ONLY in first 14 days after receiving of order.
  
• We don't make refund if color of gel polish differs from the photo on site. You can find real photo of colors in Facebook or Instagram.
• Delivery can take more time in the period of national holidays.
• If you are not satisfied with the condition of the arrived parcel, you can refuse the parcel at the time of its receiving. If the parcel is delivered, it is considered that the parcel was delivered to the recipient in proper condition, and the recipient has no claims.
• After payment you can not add or delete product(s) from your order.
• After payment you can not cancel your order.
• Dear customers from EU, pay attention that VAT is not included in the total sum of the order.

REFUND POLICY

According to ukrainian laws cosmetic production of good quality can`t be refunded.

We make refunds in next cases only:

• Product is broken during transportation.
• Order is lost (i.e. order is not delivered within 90 days from the date of payment).
• Manufacturer changed properties of product.

if you are not satisfied with the quality or properties of the products then you can return them to us in first 14 days after receiving of the order. Shipping of returned package is paid by sender. Refund will be made when we will receive package.
